Calligraphy is a symbol of the nation's cultural beauty and continues to attract visitors despite being an annual activity. The spring 2017 calligraphy festival is one of the earliest festivals that has opened in Hanoi.
The festival sees the participation of approximately 100 individuals who are capable of writing Hán – Nôm calligraphy. The Vietnamese calligraphy club members are from Hanoi and other provinces. Their skills have been assessed and certified by the organizers.
