Currently, Switzerland is still placed in the "grey" list, comprised of countries that do not meet the EU requirements for tax cooperation but that have pledged to change their rules. It was under supervision but could not keep the 5 taxation terms set by the EU on October 2014. It is expected the blacklist of tax haven will be updated by the EU's Economic and Financial Affairs Council (ECOFIN) in early 2019.
Currently, there are over 17 countries and territories in the world in the tax blacklist.
