Stock market capitalised by 40% GDP

Along with the increase in value of big and new stocks, the VN-index has surpassed the peak of 650 since 2009.

The previous year saw a rise in market capitalization from 32.4% GDP to 40% GDP. Total fund mobilization through auctions increased by 43% as compared to the same period last year.

There was a growth of 20.7% in the total value of the foreign portfolio investment market at the end of 2016 in comparison with 2015.
