The state leader called for the local Party Committee, people and soldiers to join hands to fulfill the resolution of the 12th National Party Congress. He gave remarks on Hà Tĩnh’s high growth rate compared to the country’s average. He also urged the province to step up renovation in agriculture production to enhance productivity in the context of globalisation. In his talk with Military Zone 4 High Command, he showed high appreciation for the zone’s contribution to protecting national sovereignty.
He stressed that the High Command needs to stay up to date and actively react to new situations. During his visit, the State President also paid tribute to the late Party General Secretaries Tran Phu, Ha Huy Tap, and Le Duan.
