Many enterprises have expressed concerns over regulations prohibiting the placement of private offices within such buildings. These regulations, as per the opinions of SMEs, impact enterprise budget and force them to have to invest larger amounts of money to rent office spaces elsewhere.
There are proposals which ask that small enterprises of no more than 3 employees be able to have offices within residential buildings. Such adjustments, the associations says would be and encouragement for start-ups.
