According to Khanh Hoa province's plans, the Nha Trang urban center for Trade, Service, Finance, and Tourism will have six modern service areas. Each area will span 2 hectares, house about 30-40 floors, and will be available for office rental. In addition, the project will have commercial housing, with 1,000 huses, villas, park areas, pedestrian streets and an inter-level school system.
“Shortly after being allocated in October 2016, we carried out the infrastructure investment. Until now roads, tree planting and an electrical system are being implemented. By March 2017, we will have completed the technical infrastructure”, said Hoang Phuc Thinh, Vice Director, Phuc Son Group
