At the conference, Vietnam's Foreign Investment Agency and the Singapore Manufacturing Federation signed a memorandum of understanding on Singaporean investment into the province.
The provincial authorities have pledged to create favorable conditions for Singaporean investors, such as reducing time for project approvals, reducing taxes and land lease fees, and assistance in land clearance.
