The event was held by the Ninh Binh Provincial Border Guard High Command and the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in celebration of the Lunar New Year (Tet) 2025.
At the event, the organisers presented gifts to 352 households, including policy families, fishermen, poor households, and disadvantaged children in the locality.
This was a key activity of the provincial Border Guard during the traditional Tet holiday, aiming to realise the Party and State’s social welfare policies and contribute to reducing poverty.
It also aims to strengthen army-people solidarity and contributes to maintaining national sovereignty, border security, and social order in the province.
