Preparations for storm Bebinca

The delegation focused on checking vital dikes that are expected to be directly affected by the storm. In the coastal areas of Quang Ninh province and Hai Phong, the local authorities are reinforcing dikes and requesting for fishing vessels and tour boats to return to shore. Tourists have been advised to stay in their hotels until the storm has passed.  In the afternoon, the delegation also visited the pumping stations in Thai Binh and Nam Dinh provinces to make sure that water drains after the storm.
