This year’s 24th Vietnam Film Festival welcomes the participation of numerous prominent artists, actors, directors, and influential figures from the culture and entertainment industries. The opening night is set to be a visual a spectacle stunning, featuring a series of special performances by popular singers and performing groups. The lineup features well-known artists such as Meritorious Artist Cao Minh, Ha Tran, Hoang Bach, Trong Hieu, Hoang Dung, Duc Phuc, Anh Tu, Lena, Orange, Nguyen Hung, Han Sara, Pittu Quyen, Lamoon, Yuno Bigboi, and many others.

The red carpet event will host nearly 1,200 artists and actors from provinces nationwide. An estimated 4,000 complimentary tickets will be made available to cinephiles. Notably, members from numerous film crews will also walk the red carpet, representing productions such as Red Rain, The Tunnel: The Sun in the Shadows, Mai, The Avenging Quartet, Airborne, The Billion-Dollar Kiss, Detective Kien: The Headless Case, The Ancestral House, Leaving Mother Behind, Getting Rich with Ghosts: The Diamond Battle, Echoes Across the Ocean, Grandma on the Run, Sister-in-Law, The Prince of Bac Lieu, The Moon of Childhood, and The Kaleidoscope: Chasing the Ghost.
With the motto “Vietnamese Cinema - Sustainable Development and Global Integration in the New Era”, this year’s festival aims to honor outstanding cinematic works, encourage creativity, and strengthen connections between Vietnamese cinema and the international community.
The 24th Vietnam Film Festival comprises a series of events designed to provide a platform for interaction among artists, audiences, policymakers, and investors. This year's festival is even more special as Ho Chi Minh City has officially joined UNESCO’s Creative Cities Network in the field of film.
