This type of "online recruitment" is now becoming a trend. According to a survey conducted in developed countries, 65% of employers use social networks to reach candidates and 54% save money by hiring people through social networking sites. The top three social networks for employers and candidates are LinkedIn (60%), Twitter (45%) and Facebook (18%).
