The resolution raised the price of a number of key products. Specifically, environmental tax on petrol will increase from 3000 vnd/liter to 4000vnd/liter / and for diesel from 1500vnd/liter to 2000vnd/liter.
In addition, the resolution also adjusted the prices for other products that can affect the environment such as coal, weed killers, and plastic bags. The resolution will be effective from January 1st 2019. Also on Thursday, the NA Standing Committee discussed the Amended Law on Tax Administration and the Amended Law on Public Investment.
