More Chinese capital flows to Vietnam
VTV.vn - The Ministry of Planning and Investment's Foreign Investment Agency has reported that China ranked second among 34 countries and territories that have newly-licensed projects in Vietnam in the first two months of 2017.

China's 30-year record-breaking investment topped $721 million USD, accounting for 21% of the total new registered capital.

The growth rate of China's FDI into Vietnam in the past five years has seen a sharp improvement, from 13th among about 100 foreign investors in 2012 with a capital of $2 billion. After five years this figure has quintupled. To make the most of foreign investment, Vietnam needs to ensure project selection, investor selection, and post-audit work.
