Organised by the VSA Central Committee, the contest is open to all individuals and groups, who are Vietnamese citizens at home and abroad, foreigners living, working, and studying in Vietnam.
The contest does not limit the number of entries. The content revolves around the stature and significance of the 11th National Congress of the VSA.
The contest takes place from now until December 15, with two first prizes worth 20 million VND and 30 million VND respectively, for the contests of creating logos and composing songs, in addition to a series of other prizes.
The Organising Committee will receive entries from now until the end of December 5, at the address: the Vietnam Students' Association Central Committee, No.64 Ba Trieu Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi. Contest results will be announced in early January 2023.
