Oostenbrink has extensive experience in the luxury hotel management industry. Throughout his career, he has been working for top-class hotel brands in Europe, the Caribbean, the Middle East, and other regions. His expertise covers food and beverage management, innovative restaurant and bar concepts, hotel operations, pre-openings, quality control, and brand management.

Oostenbrink joined Four Seasons in 2014 as the resort manager of Sharm-el-Sheikh Hotel & Red Sea Resort in Egypt and was later promoted to his current position of general manager at Four Seasons Resort Seychelles. During his six years in Seychelles, Oostenbrink established the resort among the leading beach properties worldwide, known among many things for its award-winning spa experiences.

His knowledge and experience will be valuable in his new role at Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai, where he will continue to drive the resort's key focus on delivering unsurpassed cultural and wellness experiences for domestic and international visitors.

According to the latest report of the General Statistics Office on Vietnam's tourism industry, in the first seven months of 2022, the domestic market welcomed 71.8 million inland travelers, far exceeding the target set for the whole year (60 million). The new appointment was made at the right time for Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai to continue to uplift its international reputation while seizing new opportunities in the local market to further strengthen the resort’s position as the wellness haven in the country.
