Lawmakers consider public investment draft law

The draft revised law on public investment submitted to the NA at this session had also been modified based on the opinions of lawmakers, which were submitted in previous discussions. Among the issued discussed by the group, topics included the scope of the law, the classification of public investment projects, prohibited acts in public investment, the authority to decide public investment, environmental impact assessment during the process of approving investment proposal, and the three-year public investment plan.
