Due to renovations, the Prenn Pass has been closed since February of this year, forcing vehicles to transport through Mimosa Pass and the Hoa Do Quyen route.
These two roads serve as the main gateways connecting Da Lat city with other localities in the province and southern provinces and cities.
However, the National Highway 20 route through Mimosa Pass is currently overloaded, with the risk of landslides due to prolonged rain.
Additionally, Hoa Do Quyen Street shows signs of deterioration and is also at risk of landslides. The province has requested that relevant units review and propose a handling plan before August 10th
