Huge demand for affordable housing

In Hanoi, investors have constructed and developed a variety of apartments in suburbs targeting low-income homebuyers. This trend is expected to continue in 2018. Real estate experts also said that in 2018, the number of affordable apartments will increase sharply. There will be many commercial housing projects which are even cheaper than public housing.
