The two sides will increase the exchange of information and experience, as well as professional measures to detect corruption and the mode of operations used by corrupt officials. At the talks after the signing ceremony, Inspector General Le Minh Khai expressed his hope that this would be the basis for both sides to co-operate more effectively in the fight against corruption.
