The program was piloted last year for 6 months and has now resumed, allowing visitors to avoid the scorching heat of the summer while offering them a unique experience in the imperial city at night.
A number of nighttime activities that once took place inside the Imperial City will be replicated, such as the shift change rituals of the old imperial guards, musical performances, religious offerings, and martial arts training by the imperial army.
According to the Hue Monument Conservation Center, in the first six months of this year, the number of visitors to Hue increased by more than 1.7 million, with international visitors seeing an increase of more than 1.1 million.
