According to the Vietnam Road Administration, traffic flow in national highways in Ha Giang province has resumed. Meanwhile, in Lao Cai, Highway 279 is still congested.
On the road connecting Lao Cai to Lai Chau, floods on Highway 4D have subsided in the section of Km73 to Km 85. As of this morning, one direction in the route had been cleared.
Highway 4H through bridge Hua Bum is experiencing congestion due to the main bridge being damaged. The route is expected to become accessible again tomorrow.
