Since 2014, the organisers have commended 45 collectives and 84 individuals who are responsible for their communities.
All those honoured on this occasion are engaged in lesser-known charitable activities and social work that is helping to improve the quality of life in the city.
The municipal People Committee urged the agencies and sectors to introduce appropriate mechanisms to encourage further examples of good people and good deeds.
