The zones became operational on August 12th, with 40 beds, and are expected to receive 200 patients a day in Hanoi. The patients will be put on drip feeds and asked to return the next day for further treatment. With the most number of patients reaching up to 400, most of whom were citizens of Hanoi. Unfortunately, not all patients were taken in due to overloading.
