In his speech, PM Phuc urged Hanoi to take the lead and become a center for start-ups and creativity of the nation, adding local authorities need to introduce initiatives to support star-up models, promote the IT application, and keep its commitments with enterprises.
The cabinet leader also suggested the capital city develop inter-regional connectivity and expand development spaces. On the occasion, Hanoi calls for investment in 52 projects with total capital of more than VND338 trillion.
Also at the event, Secretary of Hanoi’s Municipal Party Committee Hoàng Trung Hải affirmed the city’s commitment to creating more favourable business conditions, and called for more effort from enterprises to contribute to the city’s development. As estimated, Hanoi will need about 111.5 billion USD of investment capital to develop high-tech and high quality products.
