The Vietnam Robot Creative Contest - Robocon Vietnam 2024 saw the participation of 64 teams from 23 universities, colleges, and technical schools nationwide.
This year, instead of round robin matches in the regional qualifiers as in previous seasons, the selection of 32 teams to advance to the final round was based on the Robocon Vietnam 2024 Organizing Committee's evaluation of the teams' robot activities in the preliminary round.
On the evening of May 7th, the Robocon Vietnam 2024 final round officially kicked off at the Tay Ho Cultural Center in Hanoi. The opening ceremony was followed by matches for the Group A and Group B teams.
These groups featured several strong teams with outstanding performances in the preliminary round, including SKH AUTOMATION, SKH PHOENIX, LH-VFLAME, and UNETI-228... Notably, SKH AUTOMATION had previously achieved two absolute "Golden Harvest" victories in the preliminary round.
However, after 12 matches in Groups A and B of the Robocon Vietnam 2024 final round, only one team managed to secure an outright victory. LH-VFLAME from Lac Hong University emerged victorious despite a challenging start, losing their first match to SKH AUTOMATION from Hung Yen University of Technical Education. Nevertheless, LH-VFLAME quickly regained their form, defeating SDU-TNT from Sao Do University in the second match and finally taking an absolute victory in the final match against UNETI-228 from the Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City.

Thus, LH-VFLAME became the first team to achieve an absolute victory in the final round with a time of 2 minutes and 52 seconds. This victory also marks the first "Golden Harvest" win in the Robocon Vietnam 2024 finals.
