Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh asked France to further support Vietnam in telecom, experience sharing on IT security, information safety and IT human training at a reception for French Deputy Minister for Government Reform and Simplification Jean-Vincent Placé on Monday.
Placé said that France stands ready to support Vietnam. He stressed that France is willing to help Vietnam in building websites for public services. France is Vietnam's fifth largest trading partner in the EU and one of the leading ODA providers for the country.
