The two sides agree to strive for bilateral trade reaching 500 million USD in 2025, promote co-operation in coast guard training, combating terrorism, search and rescue at sea, and prevention of drug and transnational crime.
The two officials touched upon bilateral co-operation at regional and global forums and within the ASEAN framework as well as the East Sea issue. They underlined the importance of ensuring peace, stability, security, and safety of navigation in the East Sea.
