The festival includes an exhibition on the traditional costumes, music, festivals and customs of the Cơ Tu people. In addition, visitors can try to taste “rượu cần”(rice wine drunk out of a jar via bamboo tubes) and enjoy gong performances by an art troupe from Hòa Bắc Commune, Hòa Vang District, Danang City. Cơ Tu ethnic artisans from Quang Nam Province and Da Nang City have been invited to the festival to introduce the group’s indigenous gong culture, in addition to other cultural practices. The festival aims to preserve and uphold the cultural values of the Cơ Tu people.
