During a reception in Hanoi, President Sang praised the outcome of talks between the visiting governor of Russia’s Primorye and Hanoi’s leaders. He commended the cooperative work between Primorye and Vietnam in recent years and asked the area to expand its market, helping Vietnamese goods to access Russia’s Far Eastern region. President Sang said Vietnam will create optimal conditions for both countries’ businesses to strengthen co-operation. Currently, many Vietnamese students are studying in Primorye.
