Thanks to the extended Memorandum of Understanding on rice trade between Vietnam and Bangladesh, rice exports have kept growing, ending the prolonged decline with 3.3 million tonnes in first 7 months. Meanwhile, the fuel, minerals and processing industries continue their moderate growth of between 18.1% and 39.4%. Total export revenue is forecasted to reach nearly 200 billion this year.
