Federal prosecutors brought terrorism charges on Wednesday against Sayfullo Habibullaevic Saipov, the Uzbek immigrant accused in the truck rampage that left eight people dead.
President Donald Trump said Saipov should be executed on Twitter late Wednesday night. The FBI said Saipov's cellphones contained approximately 90 videos and almost 4,000 images related to ISIS propaganda.
The Empire State Building went dark on Wednesday evening to honor the attack's victims.
