On behalf of the leaders of Hoa Binh Province, Secretary of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Phi Long reported on several issues in the province’s socio-economic development and the implementation of Resolution No.18-NQ/TW, issued by the Party Central Committee in 2017, which seeks to streamline the political system for greater efficiency.
In the coming time, the province will continue to review the staff at the provincial and communal levels, build a provincial database centre, establish a high-tech information zone, focus on resolving level 4 administrative procedures, attract investors, develop logistics services for the Northwest, promote administrative reform, do a good job of training officials, complete the infrastructure of industrial zones and clusters to attract investment, organise the implementation of key projects, develop tourism services and focus on developing transport infrastructure.
Concluding the working session, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung acknowledged and commended Hoa Binh Province's recent achievements in socio-economic development.
Emphasising the key tasks in the coming time, the Deputy Prime Minister requested that Hoa Binh Province have high political determination, requiring the participation of the entire political system; focus on thoroughly grasping and implementing Resolution No.57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; summarise Resolution No.18-NQ/TW; implementing Conclusion No.123-KL/TW of the Party Central Committee on the supplementary project for socio-economic development in 2025.
Previously, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung and the working delegation surveyed the construction progress of the Hoa Binh-Moc Chau Expressway Project (Km19+000-Km53+000 section through Hoa Binh Province).
