Most of delegates expressed their support for the criteria for the 12th Party Central Committee members set out by the 11th Party Congress. The delegates agreed that the elected comrades must have enough good morality, strategic vision and leadership capacity.
Beside criteria such as gender, age and educational level, many delegates said that members of the 12th National Party Congress must also have admirable personal characteristics. The votes for candidates will be based on these criteria.
Delegates have said that the elected members of the Party Central Committee must be pioneers and have the talent to develop policies.
