Condolences to Russia over assassinated ambasssador
VTV.vn - Upon hearing the news of the assassination of Russian Ambassador to Turkey Andrey Karlov, Vietnamese State President Trần Đại Quang Quang sent a message of condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The Russian Ambassador to Turkey Andrey Karlov was assassinated at the opening of an art exhibition on Monday evening in Ankara.
On the same day, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Phạm Bình Minh also sent messages of condolences to Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov.
