The coastal area in Vinh Hai Commune, Phu Loc district, has suffered the most. This is a place where heavy intrusion goes deep into the land, threatening the ecological environment as well as the agricultural production activities of the residents.
Phase 1 of the embankment construction project in Vinh Hải commune, has been approved with a budget of over 8,6 million USD, and is expected to be implemented in early 2019.
