The prime ministers of the Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam said in the statement to enhance collaboration in the triangle area in various fields including Unexploded Ordinances (or UXOs) clearance. The three countries committed to implement bilateral and multilateral agreements on goods and labor movements in the area in order to create favorable conditions for trade and investment activities. In addition, environmental issues and sustainable development were the focus that they agreed to put in co-operation agendas among the three countries. They said that all the countries would continue the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding on the preferential policies for businesses to create favorable conditions for them
