Chairwoman receives foreign diplomats

Receiving the Cuban Ambassador Herminio Lopez Diaz, National Assembly Chairwoman hailed Cuba’s achievements in socio-economic development and external relations affairs, especially the US lifting of its embargo on Cuba. The Cuban diplomat congratulated the host for her new position and pledged his best efforts to augment bilateral co-operation with Vietnam.
