Celebration for people with disabilities kicks off in HCMC

Organised by the city's Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs in co-operation with its partners, the event offered a free buffet and cultural activities to celebrate the International Day of Persons with Disabilities on December 3rd. Participants enjoyed activities that were designed to be suitable for the disabled. Since 2000, the event has been a great chance for people with disabilities to share and connect with the greater community.
