Binh Duong's potential to become smart city

VTV.vn - Binh Duong has all the criteria needed to become Vietnam's first smart city was the consensus at the 2018 Global Innovation Forum, part of the 11th World Technopolis Association General Assembly, taking place in Binh Duong city from October 10th to 12th.

The event also saw Binh Duong become the first province in Vietnam to join the World Technopolis Association (WTA). As many WTA members present agree, these are the first steps the southern city should take in building an effective smart city model.
