Minister of Public Security To Lam made the comments at meetings with Belarusian Minister of Internal Affairs Anatolievich Shunevich and Belarusian State Security Committee Chairman Valery Pavlovich Vakulchik on Sunday in Belarus. Prior to talks the Vietnamese minister was among the 16 foreign delegations attending a parade to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Belarus's police force in Minsk.
