The agreement was reached during talks in Hanoi on Monday between Defence Minister Ngo Xuan Lich and Commander-in-Chief of the Myanmar Armed Forces Min Aung Hlaign. After the talks, the two defence officials witnessed a contract on technology and management assistance between Vietnam's military-run Viettel and Myanmar's Telecommunications Joint Venture.
