Many participants in the event urged legislative bodies to realise the commitments made at APEC 2017 in promoting trade and investment liberalisation and multilateral trade.
Prior to this,the first plenary meeting of APPF 26 on Friday morning discussed political and security issues in the region.
In the context of unpredictability in the region and the world, delegates requested parliaments to urged governments of member countries to accelerate cooperation schemes in interstate crime prevention, maritime security and safety and water resources protection.
