Prior to the event, Chinese entrepreneurs enjoyed a meal cooked with specialty rice from the Mekong Delta. Most of the entrepreneurs evaluated these types of rice as eligible for export to China and other markets.
Notably, from 2018, the Chinese Government restricted unofficial imports and tightened the conditions for official import. Vietnamese export enterprises need to comply with regulations on quarantine, design packages, and brand promotion.
