VTV.vn - A movie about the contemporary life of overseas Vietnamese in Moscow, entitled “Muu sinh noi dat khach” literally meaning “Life in Moscow”, has recently been launched. The movie was produced by Vietnamese expats in Russia.

“Muu sinh noi dat khach” or “Life in Moscow” tells different stories of Vietnamese expats doing business in Moscow. Through the film, overseas Vietnamese can find familiar parts of themselves.

"The film tells stories about how Vietnamese parents raise their children, how they struggle to send them to school, care for them, and save money for their future, so that the children do not have to work hard like their parents", Pham Trung Dung, Director - Actor, said.

The movie reflects the life of a Vietnamese family in Moscow, in which the female role is highly appreciated. In a foreign land, the Vietnamese women still maintain their quality. They are good at both doing business and caring for the family. Furthermore, they are willing to sacrifice themselves for their families.

To achieve success in life, every youngster must try their best in their studies and career, get on well with local communities, and always keep Vietnam, their home country, in their heart. This is the message that the film sends to young Vietnamese generations in Russia and other foreign countries.

Despite being an amateur film, “Life in Moscow” still garnered much attention from the Vietnamese community in Moscow.
