VTV.vn - Many opinions arose after the Ministry of Finance proposed the State Bank of Vietnam direct BIDV bank and Vietinbank to submit a total of 4,800 billion VND in cash dividends to the state budget.

The proposal was sent after BIDV and Vietinbank conducted a shareholders meeting which finished over a month ago, and it's unlikely that the proposal will be accomplished.

The lack of coordination between the State Bank of Vietnam and the Ministry of Finance not only affected the business operations of the twobanks, but also had a negative impact on the feasibility of the Enterprise and Budget Law. This fact once again shows that a new model of management for State capital in enterprises is needed to separate the role of State management and to avoid State budget losses.
