With its prestige and position,VTV is one of the leading units in digitalizingthe processesand adopting HD television.
The entire process from pre-production, post-production to broadcastingand archives has been digitized partly or wholly.The entire digitization is expected in 2015. The current channels are broadcasted by server with HD support.
VTVhas applied DVB - T2 standard, MPEG4 compression. It is expected that by 2015, 64% of the populationwill be served with terrestrial digital broadcast andby 2020, the terrestrial digital HD broadcast will be completed.
According tothe synchronization project, the Data Center is digitizing images by standardized processes with quality checking phases in order to meet production needs and broadcast HDTV in any transmission infrastructures.
