Fifth Southern Cuisine Festival underway in HCMC

About 200 signature dishes of the southwestern region will be served at the event. Many other activities organised for the festival include mixing drinks, decorating and making models with different fruit, and musical performances.

A highlight of the event is a show to recreate the traditional New Year Chol Chnam Thmay of the Khmer people. The Southern Cuisine Festival is a chance for HCMC tourism to present the best of Vietnamese and southern cuisines to local and international tourists.
