This document allows scientists and organisations that carry out State-financed scientific research to decide how to their funds without having to provide detailed reports.
However, if the research results fail to meet certain requirements, researchers will be obliged to repay the government 40 to 100 percent of the budget. The new regulation is expected to bring more flexibility for scientists carrying out State-funded scientific research.
The Ministry of Science and Technology said it will soon implement more policies to encourage the development the practical use of science and technology in businesses.
