Overseas Vietnamese contribute to country’s development

Vietnamese communities abroad have also engaged in the development of the country. Several of them have returned to the country to celebrate National Day.

Vietnamese people abroad made a contribution to the victory of the August Revolution by calling for support from the international community and other Vietnamese living abroad during the war. The Vietnamese community helped the Vietnamese delegation when it came to France for the Paris Peace Talks.
