Monitoring and checking activities as well as patient feedback has shown an improvement in the working styles and attitudes towards patients and their relatives.
The number of patient’s showing their satisfaction has reached nearly 90%; however, there are still many incidents the leave patients feeling irritating.
Also in the conference, the health minister admitted mistakes that some medical personnel had made, negatively affecting the image of the health sector. She urged hospitals to strictly punish and ban people from the medical profession if found guilty of negligence or bad attitudes towards patients
The conferences also mention the implementation of a Clean, Green and Beautiful campaign for the health service to better serve the patients.
